agree Pawel Baka : zastanawiam się tylko, czy "on palpation" jest tu konieczne (no bo jak inaczej to stwierdzić, jak nie palpacyjnie?)

to rzeczywiście chyba jest pleonazm, ale zdaje się, że jest używany podobnie jak nasze 'palpacyjnie brzuch miękki, niebolesny, bez oporów... ' :)
