I have been trying to post a note, hopefully it will work this time.
I would propose the banlieu ouest of Montreal for a powwow. I would like to avoid the Montreal traffic and stay in the countryside. I am interested to meet translators also for my recruiting activities for Lexi-tech International.

Perfect! I live in the West Island so it would be very convenient. I don't know who has offered his/her backyard, but if this is not possible, there are lots of nice places where we can meet. Time?

I've just found out we'll have my husband's kids that weekend (arriving Friday afternoon). Since I'm the one who's home in the evenings, I won't be able to meet up this time...Sunday, Aug 10 would be possible.

... but if this keeps up we are going to have 2 people in the east, 2 in the west, one in a resto, one on the mountain and the rest scattered all over the map. I'm sure that Louise has a good idea of what we all want but we need to draw the line somewhere. Let's trust to her good judgement and let her make a decision as to when and where. Louise, the ball is in your court.
