The liver is showing augmented dimensions. On the parenchyma, there are several focal echogenic lesions, some with a confluent aspect, especially on the left lobe of the cranium. This pattern seems to suggest a secondary hepatic involvement. A light protuberance of the biliary tree caliber of the left lobe is inclusively noticeable.
No dilatation of the biliary tree was identified.
The gallbladder is distended, with no visible endoluminal lithiasis.
There are no signs of alteration of the spleen or the pancreas in the segmental evaluation.
The fluid does not flow freely.

Source text - English APPLICATION FOR CREDIT
15. The signatory warrants that he has authority to contract with the Creditor in accordance herewith and the signatory hereby expressly indemnifies the Creditor and holds the Creditor harmless in respect of all or any claims which may be made against the Creditor by all or any persons whoever arising out of the Creditors fulfilling it's obligations in terms of the agreement.
16. In the event of the signatory signing on behalf of a partnership, close corporation, company or other legal entity, the signatory expressly also binds himself personally as surety and co-principal debtor in solidum in favour of the Creditor in respect of this agreement. In this regard the person so signing, hereby expressly renounces the benefits of exclusion and division, and of the exceptions "de doubus vel pluribus reis debendi", and "non numeratae pecuniae" with which the person signing on behalf of the Applicant acknowledges himself to be fully acquainted. For all purposes of this suretyship, the person chooses as domicilum citandi et executandi for all notices and processes the physical address as selected.
17. These conditions record the entire agreement of the parties and they may not be waived, amended or modified except in writing, signed on behalf of the Creditor by a duly authorised representative.
18. I warrant that the information submitted above is true and correct and that the entire standard terms and conditions of sale are understood and accepted by me as legally binding.

I possess a university degree in English Language Teaching and have been translating since 2013. From March 2015 to March 2016 I worked for a translation agency where I enhanced my translation skills in the financial, business, law, and agricultural fields. I translated both from English to Portuguese and from Portuguese to English. I am a Portuguese and Tsonga (Xichangana) native speaker and I speak English as a third language, however, it's my language of work at the airport and at the English School I run, not to mention the daily translations I work with, most with English as the target language.
