Source text - Spanish A finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX, uno de los temas que han sido tratados con más delicadeza por algunos grandes compositores de la época es el tema de la infancia, o mejor dicho, del alma infantil, tema de inagotable poesía. Este es el caso del conocido compositor Maurice Ravel. Confirma la impresión de que Ravel, a diferencia de muchos otros compositores, no subestimó a los niños, y al escribir música para ellos puso lo mejor de su técnica y su talento. Ma mère l´Oye es considerada, junto con Pedro y el lobo de Sergei Prokofiev, como una de las mejores partituras que se han dedicado a los niños.
Translation - French À la fin du XIXe et au début du XXe siècle, l'une des questions qui ont été traités avec plus de délicatesse par certains grands compositeurs de l'époque est le thème de l'enfance, ou plutôt, l'âme de l'enfant, sujet inépuisable de la poésie. C'est le cas du célèbre compositeur Maurice Ravel. On peut affirmer que Ravel, à différence de nombreux d’autres compositeurs, n’a pas sous-estimé les enfants, et en écrivant de la musique pour eux a mis le meilleur de sa technique et son talent. Ma mère l'Oye est considérée, avec Pierre et le Loup de Sergueï Prokofiev, l'une des meilleures partitions qui ont été dédiées aux enfants.
