Source text - English . The debit card is property of the Bank. The costumer undertakes to use it properly, and to return it upon expiry, or upon the termination of the Current Account Agreement, or the termination of this Agreement, or upon request. The cost of the card and of its replacement will be for account of the Customer, who authorises the Bank to charge his current account with the amount of such cost, and of operations, of management fees, commisions, insurence,and other charges originating in the use of the card.
Translation - Spanish La Tarjeta Débito es de propiedad del Banco. El Cliente se compromete a utilizarla de manera adecuada y devolverla a la fecha expiración, a la terminación del Contrato de Cuenta Corriente, a la terminación del presente Acuerdo o por previa solicitud. El costo de la tarjeta y de su sustitución será por cuenta del Cliente, quien autoriza al Banco a cargar a su cuenta corriente el importe de dicho costo por las operaciones, las cuotas de manejo, las comisiones, los seguros y otros cargos originarios del uso de la tarjeta.
