I think that, in this particular context, what they are trying to say is that the user is responsible for ensuring that the software is NOT used in any illegal way. The "title" would never belong to the user but would always remain that of the software writer.

: Nem hiszem, hogy durva a dolog. Ha nincs rendszergazdai jogosultsága, akkor nem is igen installálhat szoftvert, tehát nem tud illegális szoftvert telepíteni. Ekkor nyilván a rendszergazda a felelős, hiszen ő telepíthet csak szoftvert.

Ha nem installálhat, akkor hogyan lehet felelőssé tenni azért, amit mások telepítenek az általa használt gépre? Üljön mellette egész nap, és őrizze? ;-)
