No idea at all - or rather only one guess:
IMO this may have something to do with degrees of resistence (of pathogens?), R for resistence, I° --> first degree
I first thought of a PAP score, and somebody maybe has made a typo P -- R, but the abbreviation is PAP I°, not P I°.
(In these cases (this are medical records of a pregnant women, I assume) I would always try to contact the lab people who have reported this result and ask them.)
