: CERTISSIMO, ANGELO; Bloomfield, the sintax of the sentence is allright. It sounds weird because the section "no motor read back" ought to be between quote marks.

I think it's a confusing text, and if the panel is keeping the sentence "no motor" in english I suggest you keep it in english, otherwise when an operator (who probably won't understand english) reads the manual it won't make any sense.
