Nella ricetta di un "hutspot" di tacchino, con lardo, vino bianco e altri ingredienti trovo: 2 litri di "kippenfond". Già "litri" mi lascia perplesso, ma può darsi ne servano così tanti. Secondo voi intendono proprio il "fondo di pollo" (preparato con ali, zampe e carcasse di pollo e di gallina), oppure un qualche preparato a base di pollo (per salse), oppure semplicemente "brodo di pollo" (magari preparato con dadi) ? Ho cercato foto del termine sulla rete olandese, ma ne ho trovata solo una di un piatto già preparato. Grz !

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
