I am translating a legal proceedings brought against an insurance broker. The point revolves around the renewal of framework agreement "che inglobava e modificava, in ogni parte difforme, il Toba, pur non andando ad incidere in maniera diretta sul meccanismo di determinazione e di corresponsione delle provvigioni, introduceva alcuni rilevanti principi"

My original concept was inconforming or non-conforming parts but this does not make a lot of sense to me. Any ideas would be helpful.

I think you can rearrange as:

che inglobava e modificava il Toba [I assume this is a contract] riguardo a ogni parte dello stesso non conforme, pur non andando ad incidere in maniera diretta sul meccanismo di determinazione e di corresponsione delle provvigioni, introduceva alcuni rilevanti principi
