In an Iraqi certificate I've found 6 terms which may each have different translations depending on the country, so I wonder if anyone familiar with Iraqi addresses could help me figure out what each one stands for (I know it's one term at a time but here each term is related to the others). Here is my translation:

المحلة والقرية Neighborhood and Village
ناحية: الحي الغربي District: West District/Area/Quarter?
قضاء: المحمودية Town: Mahmoudiya
محافظة: بغداد Province: Bagdad
