Trados finds all units invalid

I exported a Wf-TM as TMX and tried to import into Trados 2006. But all TUs are invalid. I alreay exchanged the header, then I replaced the language code from EN-U to EN-US, but to no avail.
I wonder what's wrong.
Anyone knows?

I think I would do a TMX export from Trados and compare units in the two files to find any differences that might cause this. Of course you also have to make sure that you are importing the file to a TM that has the same languages as the import file, but I'm sure you've already checked that
