"Save target as" problem

I translated the Word file in Trados Studio 2017. When finished, as usual, I "saved target as", but the target file includes the source text instead of the translation. Please, help!

Is 2017 still fully functional? I thought it would go out of function soon.

Could it be it? Not sure.

Also make sure your Windows is fully updated. And that you have all add-ons in 2017, although not sure it's relevant any more on such an old version.

It may be something in the settings as well.
