How do you get «, » and – in Trados Studio 2015 in VMWare on a Mac?

I can't figure it out, have to copy from OS X.

In Studio 2015 just go to "Start" and choose «  » from "QuickInsert". Or use the following shortcut: ctrl + shift + 6.
