WWA entries received - no email notification, no response option

Dear Staff,
I used to receive notifications via email about new WWA entries on my profile, but this has stopped. I was unaware of the last three WWA entries I had received until I accidentally stumbled on the link today and was (pleasantly) surprised to see 3 new positive entries since the last time I checked. Is there a way to start receiving email notifications on new WWA entries? Also, I no longer see an option to respond to these entries. I would like to thank my clients f... See more

I used to receive notifications via email about new WWA entries on my profile, but this has stopped. I was unaware of the last three WWA entries I had received until I accidentally stumbled on the link today and was (pleasantly) surprised to see 3 new positive entries since the last time I checked. Is there a way to start receiving email notifications on new WWA entries? Also, I no longer see an option to respond to these entries. I would like to thank my clients for taking their time to leave positive feedback on my profile, but this does not seem possible at this point.

Would you mind submitting a support request, including all the necessary information about WWA entries notifications you did not receive? In addition, please provide a screenshot of the page where you do not see the option to respond to your WWA entries, http://www.proz.com/support ? I just checked the Willingness to Work Again section of your profile and I see that you should be able to reply to outsourcers' feedback. Just visit http://www.proz.com/?sp=wwa&sp_mode=my and post your replies in the write-in fields and then click on save. Remember, replies cannot be longer than 200 characters.

I just checked the Willingness to Work Again section of your profile and I see that you should be able to reply to outsourcers' feedback. Just visit http://www.proz.com/?sp=wwa&sp_mode=my and post your replies in the write-in fields and then click on save. Remember, replies cannot be longer than 200 characters.
Now, as regards notifications for new entries received, I suggest you check your spam folder. I tested them and they seem to be working fine. You may search your email account folders by subject line: "[WWA network] Congratulations on your WWA entry!".
