Hi colleagues, I have been trying to access a translation I have been asked to proofread on memoQ. However, every time I enter my user name and password, I get this sign: The memoQ server is not available. Try again later. Ask the client, as they are responsible for providing the server. Some clients have their own servers while others use MemoQ's servers. Sometimes the servers need maintenance. Hi Elena, As per Sandra Paulini's suggestion, I asked the client to authorize me to use their memoQ licence, so that I could complete their translation/transcreation projects on line. Your client's server is down. Not MemoQ central, but the guys who hired you. And then it just came back up.
