Here's one that DID make it into the real world — in German:

MAIMED (a medical supplies company) — of course in DE Mai + Med is fine; but in EN, the word it makes 'maimed' is NOT!!

Another real one I like is the trainer stores here in France called 'Athlete's Foot' — no thanks i'd rather not!
