Si tratta di un contratto d'opera stipulato tra un'impresa spagnola e un professionista autonomo. Nei termini di pagamento trovo:
SEGUNDA.-
La Empresa se obliga a pagar por la ejecución de las obras descritas en la cláusula anterior, la cantidad del 15% de comisión correspondiente al precio de venta de cada obra en el momento de que estas se hayan vendido.
TERCERA.-
El precio se abonará de la siguiente forma: una vez vendida la obra la Empresa realizará la transferencia bancaria correspondiente al acuerdo ***el día 20 de cada mes a 30 días fecha factura***.
