Hard to know what "ac." means without more context. But "suf." seems to be an abbreviation of "suficiente" ("sufficient") or "suficientemente" ("sufficiently").

Con este contexto quizás me puedan ayudar con SUF. AC. y con EQUIV.
En México para pasar de año se utilizan distintas escalas de calificaciones, sobre todo dos: numérica, del 5 al 10, donde el 5 es calificación reprobatoria y el 6 es la mínima calificación aprobatoria, y con letras: E (Excelente) o MB (Muy Bien), B (Bien), S (Suficiente) y NA (No Acreditado), cada una con equivalentes numéricos: 10, 8, 6 y 5,
Además, en algunas escuelas de nivel superior existen las calificaciones NP (No Presentó), que significa que el alumno no tiene calificación, y AC (acreditado), cuando el alumno obtiene la calificación mínima para aprobar. En algunas instituciones de educación media superior la calificación mínima para aprobar es 7. También existe la calificación DA (Deshonestidad académica), numéricamente es 1/100 y se le otorga a los alumnos que cometieron plagio o copiaron durante un examen.
