Angela Guisci (asker) Sep 23, 2015:
@Giovanni
Giovanni Pizzati (X) Sep 23, 2015:

agree Fiona Grace Peterson : There seems to be some confusion - by "do not translate", Cedric did not mean leave it in, but put NO title. Not "Dr.ssa Rossi", but "Mrs Rossi, DVM"

neutral Wendy Streitparth : I have my doubts that the average English-speaking person would know what Dott.ssa signifies.

neutral Neptunia : What Wendy said. Dott.ssa is cryptic and meaningless in English. Fascinating that so many translators have diverging opinions about a such a simple question.

Peer comment(s):

agree Patricia García González : Essendo laureata in veterinaria userei anch'io il termine Dr.

disagree Cedric Randolph : I disagree Thomas as this is a document and not a courtesy title to be used in front of patients or staff.
