conclusive force, evidentiary value, evidentiary effect, probative value, conclusive/probative force
Kölönböző források a különböző kontextusokban ezeket hozzák, elsősorban a Linguee alatt, az utolsó pár a Complex szótára szerint, ahol ugyen nincs kontextus, a probative value (valamint conclusiveness) a Mentor jogi szakszótár szerint, szintén kontextus nélkül. Vélhetően egyik vagy másik kontextusba helyezhető a forrásszövegnek megfelelően. Tulajdoni lapon egyszerűen az elsőt használnám.
