Yeah, the definition made me wonder. I would probably still use "patient log", or something like that in this context (betegforg. napló, complete with dates and times and everything).

This definition says that flow is the movement of patients between departments, staff groups or organisations as part of a patient's care pathway. So I guess it's a wider term, and a part of the patient journey/pathway (betegút in hungarian).

In this case, patients are only visiting their general practioner, so I would use this definition here:

patient turnover: the number of patients seen per hour of consultation time

But, it depends on how we define "flow".
