Selected
band of atelectasis / atelectatic band
http://www.ajronline.org/content/174/6/1511.full
Case 6
Chest and abdominal radiography was performed on a 61-year-old woman because of abdominal pain (Fig. 6A). The study was interpreted by the radiologist as follows: “Normal abdominal and chest radiographs except for band of atelectasis or infiltrate in the left lung base.”
http://radiology.rsna.org/content/216/1/97.full.pdf
Patients with linear or subsegmental
atelectasis at CT had a corresponding
arcuate band of atelectasis on chest
radiographs.
http://www.ajronline.org/content/146/4/685.full.pdf
The atelectatic lung was distinguished
from the diaphragm because the atelectatic band appeared thickened (i7 of i8 cases), tapered laterally (14 of 18), was interrupted rather than continuous (17 of i8), and could be followed in contiguous cephalad sections into lung that was confidently recognized by the presence of gas bubbles or air bronchograms (i2 of 18).

atelectasia-related fascicular pattern

A kötegezettre viszont a 'fascicular' a jó
