Attól függően, hová készül a fordítás, elképzelhető, hogy a National Technical Approval lesz megfelelőbb, vagy ha fontos megjelölni, hogy melyik országról van szó, mert pl. egy nemzetközi anyag a forrás, akkor úgy lesz precíz, hogy Hungarian Technical Approval, mivel - hacsak a szövegkörnyezetből ki nem derül - a "national" önmagában még nem feltétlenül teszi egyértelművé, hogy ez magyarországi engedély.

Nem egészen értem, József mit kifogásol. Most akkor a "building" szóval van a gond vagy annak hiányával? És melyik változatot ellenzi - az ÉMI-ét, ami National Technical Approval? Mert ott nincs "building".. A "Building Technical Approval" elnevezést nem magyar szervezet, hanem az ENBRI használja. Lehet, hogy maguk is fordították angolra, de ettől még szerintem helyes így is. Ha az ÉMI változata jobban tetszik, akkor a "building" nem kell hozzá, csak "National Technical Approval" (szerintem).

As opposed to a structural permit which requires a structural engineer, mechanical permits can only be attained by the mechanical trades (e.g. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

There are additional licenses and approvals - may be different in UK -, depending on phase and whether residential or commercial. See URL below for example.
