Je ne suis pas très sûr du sens à donner à "verpflichtend". Voici le contexte:
Die via ATPCO geladenen Flugzuschläge ins X-System sind für die Fluggesellschaften verpflichtend. X erweitert damit einmal mehr seine Servicefunktion für Reisebüros.
Les suppléments de vol chargés dans le système Xvia ATPCO... incombent aux compagnies aériennes? ont valeur d'obligation? ... . X accroît ainsi une fois de plus sa fonction de service auprès des agences de voyage.
