kavorka: I don't think this can be the ordinance referred to. The ARV you have found is a German ordinance, but the Swiss ARV is called "Verordnung vom 19. Juni 1999 über die Arbeits- und Ruhezeit der berufsmässigen Motorfahrzeugführer und -führerinnen (Chauffeurverordnung, ARV 1; SR 822.221)", and I'm pretty sure this is what is meant.
