Customer Satisfaction Survey
"Fester Turnus, objektunabhängig"
This is one of a series of headers in a customer satisfaction survey selection table. The other headers are: "Anlagen-Kunden", "Komponenten-Kunden", "Service-Kunden", "bei Projektabschluss", "nach Serviceeinsatz" and "alle Kundenarten". It's a bit difficult to provide any further context.
I don't understand what is meant by "objektunabhängig". Maybe regardless of the survey object/goal or something? TIA for your help.

The German "Objekt" often stands for "project", hence my suggestion. I believe that, in this category, customers are being served continuously in fixed (routine) intervals (= "fester Turnus").

Comment: "Thanks Steffen. I've gone for "non-project specific", although "non-project related" sounds quite good as well. Thanks also for the additional tip about "fester Turnus". Appreciate your help."
