Thanks.
Michaela Blaha (asker) Nov 15, 2013:
Ramey Rieger (X) Nov 15, 2013:
Hello Michaela! These days there are MANY new devices, from electronic sound bowls to color oscillators - the former VIBRATES throughout the body, the latter PERMEATES it. If you really would like a professional solution, we need more context/information on the device.
Erik Freitag Nov 15, 2013:
I agree with Phil: Please provide sufficient context.
philgoddard Nov 15, 2013:
What is the device? And what kind of wave does it produce?

wave is transmitted to the human body... Should work for most contexts.

I would say the wave is transmitted through the body.... "The device generates a wave that is transmitted through the body. "
Peer comment(s):

neutral Jochen König : Depending on the power of the impulse a transmission throughout the body might actually happen. But from the limited context I'd rather opt for "transmitted to" which is never wrong in any case and works with limited effect as well as on a larger scale.

I chose this because the device works via contact with the body, not via 'radio' waves.
