"Anschreiben: A4, gestaltet."
This is from a mailing letter, or rather from the DTP information which precedes the text of a mailing letter. Perhaps I'm a little slow on the uptake today, but I can't make out the signifance of "A4, gestaltet". Or is it just a misplaced comma?
Any input very much appreciated.
Thanks
Ian

designed
Maybe I'm sharing the mental slowness, but I can't think of anything else than designed. Like, do not have the secretary send this out before the graphics artist approved the design? Unless it's double typo for gefaltet, but I wouldn't bet on that.

Speaking of being slow - it might also mean this letter has been designed alreday, no need to do (=charge for) this again.
