explanation

A "Galerie" is just a horizontal bar fixed to the side of a cabinet or, in your case, trolley. Sorry, I can't provide an English technical term.

Thank you, Harry! It's probably more like a *hang* rail but that may come close to what EACK needs. Why not make it an answer on its own?
