Discussion

Sonja Poeltl (asker) Mar 3, 2010:
Here is the diagnosis in case it helps Diagnoses:
Complex brain deformity
Microcephaly
Microrchidism on both sides
Epilepsy, difficult to treat
Constipation
Currently: 4th dexamethasone pulse
Lirka Mar 2, 2010:
Occupational Health Although I am inclined to think that SJLD's suggestion is more likely, just as an alternative... Again, more further context would be most welcome.
Lirka Mar 2, 2010:
Quite likely, SJLD! Instincts, again :)
Could perhaps be confirmed if the asked told us the diagnosis or at least some further context.
SJLD Mar 2, 2010:
Just a guess - but maybe Oncologie-Haematologie - indicating the department?

differential blood count (under the microscope)

Diffmik is almost certainly short for "mikroskopisches Differentialblutbild" (or, according to "new" German spelling rules, "Differenzialblutbild"), i.e. a differential blood count carried out under the microscope. No idea as regards the meaning of OH but I tend to agree with the discussion entry - perhaps an internal (departmental) abbreviation.

Orthostatic Hypotension

I agree with Steffen on the differential blood count (under the microscope)!
OH could also stand for Orthostatic Hypotension. The diagnosis of Orthostatic Hypotension includes blood count tests.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Lirka : I would bet that's not it. No offense. :) I happen to know that in orthostatic hypotension the differential count, as well as the rest of the CBC, is normal.
