Any ideas what the abbreviation could mean? "Differential microscopic ...." maybe? What does the OH stand for then?

differential blood count (under the microscope)
Diffmik is almost certainly short for "mikroskopisches Differentialblutbild" (or, according to "new" German spelling rules, "Differenzialblutbild"), i.e. a differential blood count carried out under the microscope. No idea as regards the meaning of OH but I tend to agree with the discussion entry - perhaps an internal (departmental) abbreviation.

Orthostatic Hypotension
I agree with Steffen on the differential blood count (under the microscope)!
OH could also stand for Orthostatic Hypotension. The diagnosis of Orthostatic Hypotension includes blood count tests.

: I would bet that's not it. No offense. :) I happen to know that in orthostatic hypotension the differential count, as well as the rest of the CBC, is normal.

Microcephaly
Microrchidism on both sides
Epilepsy, difficult to treat
Constipation
Currently: 4th dexamethasone pulse
Could perhaps be confirmed if the asked told us the diagnosis or at least some further context.
