Synovalitis, ***Piriformiseinkerbung bei*** Außenrotationskontraktur und Psoasiseinkerbung bei Beugekontraktur, Femurstiel G 2, lateralisierender Typ, zementiert, Gr. 3, Kopf, Metall, lang, Außendurchmesser 28 mm.
Mir wäre auch noch ganz, ganz wichtig, wie ich dieses medizinische "bei" verstehen / übersetzen soll!!!

"bei" ist sowas Ähnliches wie "wegen", "aufgrund von"...
Die Einkerbung bezieht sich höchstwahrscheinlich auf die Sehne des Piriformis-Muskels (siehe Google unter "Kontraktur" + "Einkerbung").
Theoretisch gibt es auch ein "myofascial lengthening", bei dem kleine Schnitte in den Muskel selbst gemacht werden, um eine größere Länge zu erreichen. Diese Schnitte könnte man zwar auch als Kerben ansehen, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ein Chirurg das wirklich als "Einkerbung" bezeichnen würde, und notfalls wäre es mit einem zweideutigen "piriformis release" (ohne "tendon") auch erfasst.
