Anspruch 1 unterscheidet sich vom bisherigen Anspruch 1 dadurch, dass die Abgrenzung zwischen Oberbegriff und Kennzeichen jetzt vor dem letzten Merkmal eingefügt ist.
Claim 1 differs from the previous claim 1 in that the separation between preamble and characteristic is now inserted before the last feature.
Not really sure what the Abgrenung and Kennzeichen are here...
The previous submission was obviously rejected due to insufficient differentiation with an existing patent. It was reworked and resubmitted.
I haven't seen the actual patent application, so I have no further context other than it is to do with base/mobile station handover in the mobile telephony field.
(The existing translations of "Kennzeichen" do not fit.)
