Hello again,
This lady is a "Filialsekretärin und Verkaufsassistentin". Would you use "receptionist" for "Filialsekretärin" in this context? I know it's literally "branch secretary", but that doesn't seem appropriate for a hair-weaving studio - it sounds more like a banking title. (US again, please).

I think "Sekretärin" implies that the person is doing 'more' than a receptionist's job (i.e. admin stuff), especially since she's also a "Verkaufsassistentin". I would suggest "administrative and sales assistant" or, if you want to keep the "Filial", "office and sales assistant".
