Finanzen (allgemein)
From 2007 funding statistics of the Federal Film Board (www.ffa.de):
Can anyone help?
I'm groping with "Haushaltsansatz" "freigewordenen Mitteln, Tilgungsraten oder Aufhebungen" but here's my attempt:
"Estimated budget: € (the budget is supplemented with monies resulting from unused funds, loan repayment or cancellations)"

Dietl/Lorenz gives these two for Aufhebung. Depends on your context which one fits best.
