Looks like you, me and quite a few other people are ploughing through this financial monster! Thought I recognised that footnote - 2.5 million words in this job, apparently... all to be done for next Tuesday!
I'm going for 'achieved and non-achieved price outcome' here as the subject is shares/units rather than exchange rates. Anyway, good luck with the rest of it and enjoy your weekend (!)
