German term

mit Strom-Freischaltung

German to English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng orthopaedic beds
Promotional material for orthopaedic mattress and bed:
Ausführungen:
• Starrer Rahmen
• Kopf-Fuß verstellbar
• Elektrisch verstellbar
• Motor mit Strom-Freischaltung und Notabsenkung
I htink this is in the sense that the motor can be discinnected from the mains/power supply

with isolating switch

Freischaltung means completely disconnected from the mains, i.e. both phases.

agree Roy Williams : This description fits best. Qestion: can this translation also be used for circuit breaker?

The term 'circuit-breaker' usually implies an automatic switch-off function in case of a fault. In the above context, I would guess that the switch is operated manually.
