I don't understand what they mean by Auflagen in this context. TIA

More context Sorry should have offered more context - the two paragraphs following those given:

"Sie bieten aus hiesiger Sicht eine hervorragende Grundlage f�r den vielfach geforderten Einstieg in den �konstruktiven Dialog� zwischen Betrieb und Beh�rde.

Diese zus�tzlichen **Auflagen** sind offensichtlich erforderlich, um die Herstellung qualitativ einwandfreier und gesundheitlich unbedenklicher Milcherzeugnisse gew�hrleisten zu k�nnen."

or following your posting, voluntarily accepted by the farmer, presumably in advance of a health authority inspection of some sort - ISO 9001? Can it apply?
