English term

(how not to be )gross

English to Russian Other Poetry & Literature
This is from a story about anorexic girl.(the context is a bit concise)
''She was no longer allowed a computer in her room because of the sites she liked to look at.They had pictures of girls with their ribs spaced wide apart ..... These sites advised how to be hungry, how not to be ***gross*** . Any food like bread, butter, an egg,
is ***gross***.A green apple or a green leaf, you may have one a day.The apple must be poison green. The leaf must be bitter.

Note from asker:

My apologies in advance for my problems with Cyrillic characters today. Regarding 'gross': when I was a teenager here in Texas, 'gross' was fairly synonymous with 'repulsive'. Someone who (or something that) was 'gross', you wanted to avoid at all costs. Food that is 'gross' to a teenage anorexic is food she should be disgusted by.
Example sentence:

I think that Limburger cheese is gross. It smells like feet.

My brother is gross/My brother grosses me out! He picks his nose when he watches TV.
