Company shall ensure that any Production related posts from Influencers shall include required FTC endorsement disclosures and shall comply with all applicable local laws, regulations and guidance in relation to advertising disclosures both generally and in relation to payment for Influencers’ services (including a written disclosure using #advertisment or #ad). Notwithstanding the above, Company agrees to further comply with the Blizzard Disclosure Policy for Paid Videos set out in Exhibit B of this Agreement.
