The packaging materials for the proposed devices are intended to provide and maintain a sterile barrier between the product and the enviromnent. The packaging does not contact the patient. The proposed device is packaged in a medical grade PETG Pouch Insert & Insert Retainer and Peelable Foil Header XXXX Pouch with Polymeric Peelable Sealant. The packaged devices are tenninally sterilized using validated ETO cycles by a contract sterilizer."
