TRAINING OBJECTIVES
• Understanding of open chain and closed chain exercises, motor control, dynamic
stabilization and the all important 3rd plane of motion – the Transverse Plane
which is affected by Rotational movements or actions.
• Understanding of safe and correct set up and use of CrossCore® RBT™ system.
• Understanding of adjusting resistance and stability for all exercise levels based
on differences between Locked-N-Loaded™ and Open Mode, Stance
and Spotting, Bodyweight and Body Angles, Rope Adjustments and Balance,
Progression and Regression.
• Learning numerous CrossCore® RBT™ exercises as well as the benefits and target
muscles of those exercises.
• Understanding of cuing and performing Progressions and Regressions of
CrossCore® RBT™ exercises for all fitness levels and how this leads to Class and
Session Design.
