: neste caso sim, mas nem sempre. Muitos work-study programs servem como ajuda de custo a alunos que tem dificuldades financeiras e podem ate' trabalhar na cafeteria como work-study (a nao ser que o aluno esteja estudando lavagem de pratos :-) )
