English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law (general)

This is a document which I believe was originally written in Russian and (poorly) translated into English. My task is to "decipher" it into Portuguese.... (not easy)..
It's a power of attorney and somewhere around the middle it reads
"(...) submit, accept, sign statements. applications, notifications, other documents, required for registration and **re-registration ** of the Company's Representation at the governmental and other authorized bodies of [country]."

Any idea what this "re-registration" stands for?
