In my refrigerator (Brastemp) you have to remove the "kickplate" or "kick plate" to get at the "drip tray" (bandeja) in order to empty it out when you defrost (descongelar) it. The "kick plate" is made out of plastic so if you kicked it, it would brak and I have had to replace mine several times when things fell out of the freezer and hit it.
