Inward Documentary Credits are Documentary Credits issued by our Foreign Correspondent banks or other Malaysian banks in favor of a Beneficiary usually in Malaysia. The Issuing Bank would instruct us to advise the Documentary Credit to the Beneficiary without engagement on our part unless we have been requested to add our confirmation to the Documentary Credit. The Documentary Credit is usually issued by Mail, authenticated SWIFT or Telex.
