English term (edited): tryst with classic dance

amor pela dança clássica

In the context of your original text I think the word tryst is used to convey what is normally expressed in English by the the phrase "love affair". It isn't meant to be taken literally in this type of situation, but means that there has been an ongoing enjoyment of some activity (potentially obsessive or excessive - but not always). For example: My love affair with chocolate. My love affair with books. My love affair with dancing. I don't mean to continually redirect people to google, but if you search for the term "my love affair with" you will get dozens of results just like my example above. If I had to translate that concept of engaging in an activity that one loves, like a hobby, from the original text above (i.e. "tryst" with classical dance), I would phrase it more or less like this "amor pela XXX".
