Amiodaron působí prostřednictvím účinku na draslíkové, sodíkové a kalcioví kanály, má však i *alfa a betalytické účinky*.
Perhaps 'alfalytikum' and 'betalytikum' are synonyms of 'alfa-blokátor' and 'beta-blokátor'?

Current drug therapy guidelines for resistant or hemodynamically stable ventricular tachycardia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF) associated with cocaine are sodium bicarbonate followed by lidocaine. However, in the “Guidelines 2000 for Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care”, amiodarone is the first line antidysrhythmic for VT and VF.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of amiodarone pretreatment in a murine model of acute severe cocaine toxicity. We concluded that the sympatholytic and sodium channel effects of amiodarone would outweigh the potential detrimental effects of calcium and potassium channel blockade.

Amiodarone and beta-blockers are the two most widely used antiarrhythmic drugs. Although these agents share similar properties, they also have distinct pharmacological, pharmacokinetic and electrophysiological differences.
Pharmacology of Amiodarone
Amiodarone has a complex pharmacological profile and can inhibit sodium, potassium (Ikr and Iks) and calcium currents (IcaL). Amiodarone has a greater inhibitory effect on Ikr channels than on Iks channels. Its major antiarrhythmic properties are thought to be related to prolongation of the
action potential duration. Amiodarone also exerts an antiadrenergic effect by non competitively inhibiting alpha- and beta-receptors [14]. Unlike beta-blockers, amiodarone does not bind to the catecholamine recognition site of the betareceptor and appears to induce a significant decrease in the
number of beta-adrenoreceptors

and an English definition for alphalytic: http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/alphalytic
And, I would say yes, alfa/betalytikum is a synonym for alfa/betablokátor... betalytické účinky sounds familiar to me but I have never met betablokátorové účinky. Perhaps, that the reason why there is betalytické účinky when they speak about beta-blocking effect.
