Czech term
res.
Czech to English
Medical
Medical (general)
Oncology, Internal Medicine
In a Czech medical report, patient has renal cancer with metastases, in objective section:
"perif. LU neg., na krku jasnou res. vpravo nahmatám,..."
I figure "res." must be modified by "jasnou", so is probably a feminine noun describing something on neck, but I can't figure out what it stands for.
Appreciate any suggestions!

resistance (lump)
I think it means "rezistenci" as it relates to palpation. Doctors usually say e.g. "hmatná rezistence" (palpable resistance) when they can palpate some kind of a lump or an enlarged lymph node etc.
