Thanks for all responses - drawing/draw request is almost definitely what I would put, but in the same context there are several references in the text (in English) to 'Request for Advance' which threw me off the scent a bit - it is for export to the USA. Unless anybody has any massive objections to that, I will use that term, but will still award points as I am sure that 'drawing request' would be used under all other circumstances - I will cite my second favourite Czech saying - "Koho chleba jíš, toho píseň zpívej" to back me up :)
